Crash Reports and Diagnostics

To help maintain and improve the App, we use Sentry, a third-party error monitoring service.

When the App encounters an error or unexpected behavior, diagnostic information may be transmitted to Sentry, including:

• Session information related to the error

This information is used solely to identify, investigate, and fix technical issues.

Session Replay

The App uses Sentry Session Replay to help diagnose application errors.

Session Replay records user interactions with the App for debugging purposes. By default, Sentry masks sensitive user content, including text inputs and other potentially sensitive information before data is transmitted.

Session Replay data is used exclusively to investigate and resolve software defects and is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores certain information locally on your device to provide its functionality.

This may include:

• Currency preferences
• Favorite currency pairs
• Recently used currency pairs
• Cached exchange rates for offline use
• Application settings such as language and theme preferences

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us except where included in diagnostic information associated with an application error.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

• Providing the App's functionality
• Maintaining service reliability
• Diagnosing and fixing software errors
• Improving application stability and performance

Data retention periods are managed through our Sentry account settings and may be automatically deleted after the applicable retention period expires.

Information stored locally on your device remains on your device until you remove it by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App.

Data transmitted to Sentry is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard security protocols.

Information processed by Sentry may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence.

Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect personal data during such transfers.
